Information service

The site reports standings, fixtures, results, scorers and league news supplied by KPL representatives and league graphics. It is provided for general information and promotion of community football. Match information can be corrected or updated, and visitors should confirm time-sensitive details with KPL before relying on them.

No purchases or refunds

This website does not currently sell tickets, merchandise, memberships, entry fees or any other goods or services, and it does not take payments. A refund policy is therefore not applicable. If online sales are introduced, KPL must publish the seller’s full details, pricing, fulfilment terms, cancellation rights and refund process before accepting an order.

Intellectual property

KPL branding and league graphics may be protected by copyright or trade mark rights. Club names and crests remain the property of their respective clubs, designers or rights holders and are displayed for identification and league reporting. No ownership of third-party marks is claimed.

Do not copy, sell, alter or commercially exploit protected material without permission from the relevant rights holder. For a credit, permission or takedown request, contact KPL on Instagram (@_kpl26) ↗ and identify the material concerned.

Acceptable use

You may browse and share links to public pages. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs service, impersonate KPL, or use its content unlawfully.

External services

Sofascore, Instagram and any other linked services are operated independently. KPL does not control their availability, data or policies, and a link does not imply endorsement of every statement on the destination service.

Accuracy and liability

KPL takes reasonable care when publishing league-supplied information but does not promise that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by South African law, KPL and the technical developer are not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on this free information service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. KPL may update them when the site’s features or legal obligations change.
